Election Day is Monday, October 16th from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
Advanced polls are open from October 6-11 (excluding October 9) from 12:00pm-7:00pm
Who can vote?
People who are at least 18 years old, Canadian citizens, and have resided in Alberta since April 16, 2017 are eligible to vote.
Residents of Calgary can vote for Mayor, and residents of a Ward can vote for City Councillor and Public or Catholic School Trustee.
Do I need identification to vote?
Yes. You will be asked to provide one piece of authorized authorized identification.
Where do I vote?
People can vote in any of the advanced polling stations across the city.
The advanced polls in Ward 10 are located at:
- Village Square Leisure Centre, 2623 56 St NE
- Marlborough Park Community Association, 6021 Madigan Dr NE
To find your voting station on Election Day, visit the Elections Calgary website and view the map or enter your address. If you need a ride to the polls on election day, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our volunteers will help you out.
What neighbourhoods are part of Ward 10?
The ward boundaries were redrawn for 2017. The following neighbourhoods are part of the new Ward 10: Abbeydale, Coral Springs, Marlborough, Marlborough Park, Mayland Heights, Monterey Park, Pineridge, Rundle, Temple, Whitehorn, and Vista Heights.
